El proceso de aceptación de modelos de decisión en organizaciones privadas

Existe una ausencia de estudios sistemáticos para identificar los factores presentes para la aceptación de modelos de decisión en el proceso de decisión de ejecutivos de organizaciones privadas. Este trabajo propone dicho estudio desde la perspectiva de la Teorías de la Innovación Tecnológica, al considerar los Modelos de Decisión como artefactos tecnológicos. Este trabajo exploratorio argumenta que la integración del Modelo de Difusión de Tecnologías Innovadoras de Rogers y el Modelo de Difusión e Bass con el Modelo de la Teoría del Comportamiento Planeado de Ajzen permitiría obtener un modelo explicativo tanto del proceso de aceptación y/o resistencia al uso de modelos de decisión en el área de administración como de su velocidad de difusión. Al establecer la correspondencia entre dichos modelos y su complementariedad, podría extenderse el uso del cuestionario validado de la Teoría del Comportamiento Planeado de Ajzen para medir el grado de aceptación de los Modelos de Decisión en un momento temporal determinado. De igual forma, la determinación de los parámetros del Modelo de Difusión de Bass permitiría pronosticar el grado de difusión de los Modelos de Decisión en un determinado contexto social y horizonte temporal.
